Continuing a family tradition of residential building, Abramson Properties was founded by brothers, Daniel and Paul Abramson, in 1982. With over 50 years of combined industry experience, their expertise spans all types of residential construction and renovation.

Abramson Properties acquires property, obtains requisite approvals from local municipalities, establishes project financing arrangements, and oversees construction with the supervisory staff. The Abramson brothers directly oversee the daily operations of the firm and take great pride in the quality of their projects and their impact on surrounding neighborhoods.

Of great importance to the firm is the sensitive nature by which it attempts to develop urban residential projects, particularly with regard to historic neighborhoods and urban sites. The primary focus of the firm’s most recent projects has been to meld urban infill amenities – such as proximity to Metro, waterfront or downtown locations – with classical design that is consistent with surrounding neighborhoods. The integration to new construction techniques and features into existing homes and neighborhoods requires thorough building practices, upon which the Abramsons have bult their reputation.
